Waterland

Printed materials produced for a craft exhibition

Produced with regular collaborator Sarah Ross, an independent cuartor in fine art and craft, these materials were for an exhibition held in Waterways Ireland.

The exhibition itself was a series of meditations on the intersection of water and land; where it meets how it meets, how that space has the qualities of water's movement and the land's solidity. It was a wonderful idea.

Production

The materials included catalogues, printed & digital invites, promotional signage and posters and internal exhibition graphics.

&c.

The idea grew from an image taken years before of a misty day at the top lake in Glendalough. The image obscured the horizon and it is unable to tell where the sky begins, land ends and water meets land. Client: Waterways Ireland
